Application of PF Impact Crusher:

PF series impact crushers are optimized after adopting advanced technology. It is widely used for primary, 

secondary, finecrushing materials with compressive strength no more than 350MPa in the fields of ores 

reduction, highway, expressway, energy, cement and construction industry. It can crush limestone, coal, 

calcium carbide, quartz, dolomite, sulfide ore, gypsum and chemical raw materials, etc the diameters of 

which are from 100mm to 500mm. The output size can be adjusted and the crushing rotor size is variable. 

Operating Principle of PF Impact Crusher:

This series of impact crushers crush materials with impact force. The motor drives rotor to rotate in a high

speed. When the materials enter into the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high speed impact of 

the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then the materials will be

shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the 

required size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. The size and shape of the finished powder can 

be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor.
