Brief Introduction of Belt Conveying Equipment:

Belt conveyer can transport all kinds of materials economically and efficiently. It is commonly used as a transfer institution, which has a structure of the economy to facilitate the use of reliable, stable transmission and distribution of a large quantity of high efficiency.

 

Application of Belt Conveying Equipment:

Belt conveyers consist of standard parts, which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain, energy-saving, large capacity, low noise, long distance transfer, stable transmission. They are mainly used to transport loose materials or end products in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building and so on. And they are also used in production process, and water, electric, harbour departments.

According to different transferring equipments, the transfer system can be independent or multi-conveyers. What’s more, the transfer system can be combined with other transfer equipments and form the horizontal or sloping transfer system according to the needs of different transfer lines. The belt conveyers can be operated in the circumstances temperature ranging from -20 to +40. The temperature of the transferred materials by this belt conveyers should be lower than 50.

Consists of Belt Conveying Equipment:

Belt conveyer consists of frame, conveying belt, belt roller, loose equipment, transfer equipment. Body frame is made of excellent steels. On the body frame is belt rollers, carrier rollers and so on, which drive and support belt to convey. There are two kinds of conveyers: one equipped with repairing walkway while the other without.
