Mine Vibratory Screen
Brief Introduction of Vibratory Screen:
Inclined vibrating screen(circular vibrating screen) is composed by sieving box, mesh, vibration exciter and damper spring ect. the vibratory screen adopts the vibration exciter with barrel type of eccentric shaft and block to adjust the swing. The vibration exciter is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box. The motor makes the exciter swing round speedily through tire coupling. The continuous forced circular motions of sieve box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. The lateral plate made by the high quality steel plate withour any welding point. The lateral plate, beam and the vibration exciter connected by the high strength bolts and ring-grooved lockbolts.
Working Principles of Vibratory Screen:
The motor drives the vibrator via v-belt, which makes the screen do a cyclical reciprocating in the direction of vibrator. The materials are sieved by making round movement in the screen.
Characteristics of Vibratory Screen:
1. Long flow line and various screening specifications.
2. Using the eccentric blocks to generate strong vibrating force.
3. Screen cross-beam and box are connected by strong bolts, simple structure, convenient in maintenance.
4. Small amplitude, high frequency, large-inclination structure, high efficiency, large capacity, long service life, low power consumption and noise.
